By using our website, registering for a course, or accessing any study material (online or offline), you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines provided by Mentor Language Academy.

2. Enrollment & Payment Terms

Full payment is required to confirm your seat in any course unless a payment plan is mutually agreed upon.
Course fees are non-refundable except in cases where a batch is cancelled from our side.
Delayed or missed payments in installment plans can result in access suspension or late charges.

3. Course Access and Usage

Access to our courses and materials is provided strictly to enrolled students only.
You may not share, distribute, record, or resell course content without written permission.
Violation of this policy may result in legal action and permanent ban from all Mentor Language Academy services.

4. Certification Policy

Certifications are granted upon successful completion of course requirements, including attendance and evaluation performance.
Misrepresentation or false use of our certificate or brand identity will lead to disqualification and may involve legal steps.

5. Code of Conduct

All students must:

Treat trainers, staff, and fellow students with respect.
Avoid cheating, plagiarism, and disruptive behavior.
Use our learning platforms ethically and solely for educational purposes.

6. Digital Content & Website Usage

All intellectual property (text, graphics, videos, modules) is owned by Mentor Language Academy.
Copying or distributing any part of the website or learning content without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Study Abroad & Exam Services

While we offer guidance for exams like IELTS, TOEFL, JLPT, and study abroad applications, success in visa/study processes depends on multiple external factors.
Mentor Language Academy does not guarantee admission, scholarship, or visa approval.

8. Franchise or Partnership Clause (If applicable)

Use of Mentor Language Academy’s name, materials, or curriculum for business/franchise purposes is strictly prohibited unless a formal franchise agreement is signed and authorized.
Unauthorized commercial use will result in immediate legal notice.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies your agreement with the most recent version.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mentor Language Academy is not responsible for:

Technical interruptions during online sessions.
Internet or hardware failures on the user’s side.
Job placements or immigration approvals.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be handled in the courts of Delhi NCR.
